Our quality assurance system has been built on the ISO 9001 (since 1999) and EN 15038 (since 2008) standards. We are fully aware that the standards alone do not guarantee the quality of our work.
SOPHIA´s project managers work closely with the customer and treat every project individually. Our PMs analyse every job in compliance with our quality procedures, prepare a plan so as to meet the customers expectations, set delivery terms, nominate the appropriate team, select the most effective CAT tool and define the quality control checking points.
We are constantly working to improve our quality assurance procedures and monitor best-practice standards in our industry.
